Any boy or girl between the ages of 6 and 17 is welcome at the Boys & Girls Club of San Fernando Valley. To join, follow these steps:
1. Prospective members must attend a new member orientation with a parent or guardian—
no exceptions will be made . During orientation, attendees will learn about the Club's policies, rules, and programs, and will take a tour of our facility.
2. Complete the membership application and submit required supporting documents, which include proof of address, proof of income, a recent report card, proof of age, and proof of kindergarten completion for children 6 years old. Examples of proof of address include a current utility bill, California ID, or any correspondence. Examples of proof of income include a recent pay stub or tax returns.
3. Pay the $26 annual membership fee. This fee is per child and is good for one full year.
Please note : Applications will not be accepted and/or processed until ALL sections are complete and ALL required supporting documents are turned in with cash payment.
Orientations are held at our site, please remember new members must attend with parent or guardian.

Virtual programming files can be downloaded by clicking on the file names below. In order to complete virtual programming orientation, please read the provided information, complete and sign the permission form for each child, and submit to membership@bgcsfv.org.
