Field Trip Rules and Policies :
- All members MUST wear a Boys & Girls Club of San Fernando Valley t-shirt while on field trips.
- Club t-shirts cost $10 each.
- A field trip permission slip must be completed and signed for each child and turned in with payment for all trips two days prior to the trip date.
- Trips must be paid in CASH.
- The $20 field trip credit is nontransferable and non-stackable; it will only be applied to the scheduled field trip for the paid week of enrollment, and it cannot be transferred to another member.
- No refunds will be given for missed trips or purchased Club t-shirts.
- If the Club must cancel a scheduled trip, a full refund will be provided.
- Spending money for meals and/or souvenirs is suggested for all trips.
